We know academics come first. This program is structured as freelance micro-gigs, not employment. We have built unbreakable safety guardrails into our system:
Strict minimum eligibility of age 14+ / Class 9 and above.
Work is strictly capped at a maximum of 5 hours per week during the school term, with no gigs allowed during exam weeks.
We enforce a strict ban on work between 8 PM and 7 AM.
A mandatory parent or guardian consent form must be signed before a student can accept their first paid gig.
Only pre-approved, screen-based, creative/technical services are allowed.

- This is structured as freelance micro-gigs, meaning your child is not an "employee".
- Students are only permitted to do pre-approved, non-hazardous, screen-based work from home.
- A mandatory parent/guardian consent form must be signed before any student can accept a paid gig.
No. Academics are our highest priority.
- We enforce a strict cap of a maximum of 5 hours of gig work per week during the school term.
- Gigs are automatically paused during board exam windows.
- To ensure healthy routines, no work is allowed between 8 PM and 7 AM.

- The Institute Track: If you want structured learning for advanced skills, you can enroll in a paid course through Ishkol or N.I.C.E, where you will receive a flat 10% discount.

- For gigs priced under ₹500, students keep a massive 75% of the total gig price.
- Prices are fixed on a menu, meaning you never have to negotiate with businesses.
- To prevent anyone from getting cheated, all money is collected from the business into escrow before you start working, ensuring you are paid safely upon delivery.
For Local Businesses (Hiring & Quality)
Our Phase 1 rollout covers the most highly demanded services for local growth.
- You can request Instagram Reels editing, static social media posters for your offers, WhatsApp Business catalog setups, and Google Business Profile optimizations.
- More advanced services like promotional videos, single-page websites, and AI WhatsApp chatbots will be unlocked in later phases.
We have built a strict quality assurance system.
- Students must submit a skill self-declaration and a sample piece of work to prove their ability before joining the platform.
- They can only accept gigs matched to their proven skill tier.
- Every gig includes one free revision round.
- If an issue remains unresolved, our Resolution Desk will review the brief and make a binding decision within 48 hours.
To protect our students' time, if a business receives the completed work and does not respond or request a revision, the work is automatically approved after 48 hours, and the student gets paid.
