By accessing or using our website at andamaninsights.com, subscribing to Andaman Business Weekly, enrolling in The Competition Academy, purchasing Print and Merch Solutions, using our invoicing software, or applying for Learn Skill Grow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Ecosystem Overview:
Andaman Insights operates as an AI SaaS platform designed exclusively to empower, educate, and digitize local businesses and youth across the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. All services, digital subscriptions, and products offered are meant to support the local island economy and build a developed Viksit Andaman. All financial transactions on this platform are conducted in Indian Rupees.
Digital Transactions and Cashfree Payment Gateway Integration:
All digital financial transactions on andamaninsights.com are securely processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway. By initiating any payment or completing a transaction on this website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Cashfree Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Risk Policies are fully applicable to all digital transactions made via Cashfree Payment Gateway. Failed transactions, bank deductions during processing, or payment reversals follow Cashfree standard RBI-compliant processing cycles, which typically resolve within three to seven business days.
Subscriptions and Cancellation:
For Andaman Business Weekly (Starter Tier at Rupees 299 per month and Pro Tier at Rupees 999 per month) and The Competition Academy (Essentials at Rupees 99, Interactive Pro at Rupees 499 per month, and All-Inclusive at Rupees 4,999):
Digital content, PDF intelligence reports, interactive quiz access, and software licenses are delivered upon payment confirmation. Subscriptions can be canceled prior to the next billing cycle by reaching out to our official WhatsApp support line at 9933 677 607. Delivered digital content and active monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Learn Skill Grow Program Guidelines:
Our student skill-to-income program operated in partnership with Ishkol and N.I.C.E Institute (Goalghar, Sri Vijaya Puram) enforces strict legal and safety standards:
The minimum eligibility age for students is 14 years or Class 9 and above. Age is verified through school identity cards.
Program participation is structured as freelance micro-gigs between the student and the business, not employment by Andaman Insights, Ishkol, or N.I.C.E.
A signed parent or guardian consent form is mandatory prior to accepting any paid gig.
Student gig work is capped at a maximum of 5 hours per week during school terms, with zero gig assignments permitted during board exam periods. Work is strictly prohibited between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Business payments for student services are collected into escrow prior to work commencement and released to the student upon work delivery and approval.
Print and Merchandise Solutions:
To provide local island businesses with operational printing at half the local market price, all physical materials (including pamphlets, flex banners, visiting cards, bill books, school diaries, t-shirts, bags, and stationery) are printed in state-of-the-art production facilities in Delhi and shipped directly to the islands.
All print orders operate on a strict 2-week print-to-ship timeline. Advance planning by businesses is mandatory. Urgent or overnight print orders are not accepted.
AdSense and Content Usage:
All website content, custom designs, and weekly intelligence reports remain the intellectual property of Andaman Insights. Third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense adhere to standard privacy protocols, and users may manage their cookie preferences through their browser settings.
